The following is a brief description of a normal position as EFL teacher at SeaHaven centro de Ingles. The position may change each year depending on our exact needs, ie a senior post, business language teacher… and hence the pay and conditions may vary.

“The teaching commitment is a guaranteed maximum of 22 contact hours per week delivering a range of courses including Young Learners from 8 years of age to Teens, Adults, and Cambridge ESOL Exam Preparation.
We operate from ground floor premises located in the centre of the town, opening onto a safe pedestrian area. All classrooms are equipped with computer and computer projectors with internet access, and CD stereos compatible with iPods and MP3s. The school's facilities include a comprehensive library encompassing extensive material for all levels and ages. The resources room also has a computer and internet access for teacher use.”

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
All applicants must comply with minimum requirements
Native speakers of English with a university degree.(though well experienced EFL teachers with no degree will be considered)
A minimum of 1 year EFL experience in Spain or 2 years EFL experience and a good level of Spanish.
Previous experience with Cambridge YLE and Main Suite exams an advantage.
EU national or non EU with valid work permit.
Working knowledge of Spanish.
A professional attitude with ability to adapt and be flexible
Basic IT skills
A willingness to develop professionally
